What is Business Mindset Coaching?

Business Mindset Coaching is all about you, the individual.

There is no set programme to follow. There is no predefined format.

It’s all about you. Your needs. Your wants. Your challenges.

I work with people addressing all types of challenges and areas of difficulty in their ‘business’ lives.

When I say "business life" I actually mean Life, because everything that affects you personally also affects your business and vice versa.

 

Business Mindset Coaching is not about "business advice".

I’m not here to give you advice on running your business, financial matters or any of the practical nuts and bolts of whatever business you are in.

I am here however, to help you with Your Emotions. Your Motivation. Your Productivity.Your Drive. Your Self Care. Your Mental Approach and Wellbeing.

I’m here to help you identify and clarify what you want and what you want to achieve. Your goals, your outcomes.

It’s your agenda.

Helping people in different ways

Mental Wellbeing is usually the principle goal. If you are succeeding and are also looking after yourself, getting results and feel a sense of progress, satisfaction and self worth then your mental wellbeing is not only supporting you but also providing the drive and excited enthusiasm that will help drive you forward. You get one, the other generally follows.

Productivity, Motivation and Accountability

Most people will struggle at some point with these issues. Sometimes it’s from poor habits. Sometimes a lack of clarity on what we actual want or want to achieve. Sometimes it’s ‘overwhelm’. Overwhelm is where we reach a point of inactivity or lack of progress because we’re not sure ‘what to do next’. It’s the ‘rabbit in headlights’.

At times we will procrastinate, fill our time with things that doesn’t help to move us forward. This can be because again we don’t know where we’re going or we actually percieve we’ve got too many options. This is where coaching conversations will help you to get rid of the things that are holding you back and help give you that desire to take action.

Once you have clarity, then structure can be put in place.

Plans and consistent productive activity to help get your momentum back and move you forward. This can be different for everybody as we’ve all got different learning and motivation styles and by understanding yours I can hep you find new ways that work for you to get you moving and taking action.

Stress Management and Wellbeing

Self care is SO important. Making time for you.

Understanding what you can do to help ‘change your state” and relax, reduce your stress  and clear you mind of all the distracting chatter is essential.

In our coaching we’ll discover what works for you and find the tools and techiniques that ‘fit’ with you and then help you to apply them regularly and systematically so that you bring your best to your business. If you don’t feel great, rested, calm relaxed and confident, then that’s going to carry through to your work, your business, your results.

I take all the tools, techniques and experience I have gained through business, working and coaching drivers and riders in the top echelons of motorsport as well as with other my work with other entrepreneurs  business people and bring them to our coaching sessions for you to ‘try them on”.

Coaching Sessions:

Our Coaching sessions are conversations, preferably visual -l using Skype or FaceTime.

We are also always looking for outcomes.

At the beginning of each session you'll set an outcome for what you want to have achieved by the end of our session. It’s all about getting results.

We’ll review where you’re at. Any challenges or issues you are currently facing. We’ll talk them out, helping you to find solutions, and how you can get there.

“Trying things on” 

Not everything suits everybody. As we explore all the tools and methods and ways of thinking that could help you grow, develop and make progress, some things will ”speak to you” or “work for you” others won’t.

You keep what’s useful and you get rid of the rest. Our sessions are completely honest, confidential and "no bs". If something doesn’t resonate, you tell me, we move on.

I’m here to help and support you. Whether it’s through the creation of custom mp3 recordings, teaching you how to relax and find that calm with relaxation techniques or even daily checking in with you to keep you moving and accountable until you gain your own momentum, I’m here to help. With my coaching and therapy experience I help you find a place of resourcefulness which carries over into your business.
